Special Cutting Services

We do not design work, but we can cut, carve, clean out cut, push through cut, detail or engrave almost any design you send us. MONSAM Enterprises operates a full line of CNC (Computerized Numeric Control) center that is used to produce your special cutting requirements. From letters to incise carved panels to machine parts, we can cut it for you.

Precise and accurate cutting – There is no higher industry standard for cutting than that of the CNC.

CUT TO SIZE ORDERS
We operate several computerized panel sizing centers and shear lines that allow us to cut your panels to any size you may require. We can also special cut any panel to any size you require, just contact us.

CORNERS AND HOLES
Need the corners rounded on your cut parts, or holes? Just ask us, we have the machinery to accurately and quickly finish your order.  However, We do not offer the following:

  1. NO design work, we will not compete with our own customers
  2. Final finish - we do not provide finishing services. We will cut your blanks for you and ship them as they come "off the table". All finishing, including touch sanding, edge clean up, edge sealing, coating, painting, assembly and the like are not available from MONSAM
  3. Detail and Mock-ups. Where exact renderings and high detail are required, we highly recommend that a mock-up be cut prior to producing your final work. Mock-ups can be cut from light weight styrene foams to reduce total project costs.

All orders are prepaid. We only accept purchase orders from government agencies or government offices.

Return Policy

MONSAM Enterprises works hard to insure that you are shipped exactly what you want. We also select reputable carriers to transport your orders to you quickly, accurately and carefully with the cheapest rate possible. Unfortunately, things do occasionally happen, and any return process will involve at least a limited amount of hassle. We will work with you to help insure that you receive what you  ordered.  We do need your help in the following areas.

  1. Never delivered - call MONSAM immediately; 800-513-8562. Please have your order number available, and we will handle the rest.
  2. Damaged packages - if your package is obviously damaged, refuse the shipment. Call MONSAM immediately.
  3. Not what you ordered - if the contents do not match the packing list- contact MONSAM immediately, 800-513-8562. MONSAM will issue a shipment error Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) for return of the shipment in error and arrange for shipping the correct items.
